Work and Live in Hungary with a Valid Work Permit
Hungary, a proud member of the European Union (EU) and a signatory to the Schengen Agreement, offers a wealth of opportunities for skilled professionals and investors. While EU/EEA nationals enjoy simplified procedures, non-EU/EEA nationals are required to obtain a valid work permit and/or visa to work in Hungary.
Every year, the Hungarian Ministry of National Economy publishes the quota for work permits in the Official Hungarian Gazette (Magyar Közlöny), ensuring transparency and proper allocation of employment opportunities.
