The Sole Representative of an Overseas Business visa category allows the senior representative to travel to the UK in order to establish the branch of their existing business and act as the sole representative of the main company in U.K. There is no specific investment requirement.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

The Main company must be a genuine company, incorporated overseas and established for a minimum of one year.

The budget allocated for the UK branch office should be realistic keeping in mind the company’s size, nature of business & revenue.

When the visa is granted & the employee comes to work on behalf of the company based out of the U.K, most of the company’s business must always be conducted out of the UK.

VISA EXTENSION

The overseas representative visa is granted for 3 years and can be extended for 2 more years. After 5 years the applicant can apply to settle permanently in the United Kingdom.
